In this position I was responsible of the management of our IT infrastructure and leading various IT and business related projects. This included Hardware & Software setup and maintenance on our servers, computer deployment, network and telecoms configuration tasks. I worked on several projects, for which I was responsible for functional, feasibility and ROI analysis, planning and deployment, risk, budget and resource planing. Thanks to my previous experiences I was able to cover the whole scope of project management, using external resources where very specific skills were needed. The 2 major projects I was in charge of were the relocation of our office to a different town and the implementation of Voice Over IP (Cisco) for our 3 offices in Switzerland.
