I still think about this often.. but I truly consider Armando a 'mentor' of mine. At the time, when I was young and new in the I.T. world, I learned more from him than I think I ever would have learned on my own. His patience, tolerance, and methodologies in handling someone such as myself (who definitely isn't neurotypical - even if that term wasn't around at the time) is something I'll never cease to be thankful for. He inspired me in many ways on my career path and he's one those few humans out there who are just genuinely good and amazing people. He's also one of the VERY few people in tech I've worked with that wasn't afraid / fearful to share their vast knowledge base with me.. and I definitely benefited from such. He's keen, he's witty, he's funny and he knows how to get the job done - to me, that matters most.

Armando and I worked together on many challanging projects helping Lennar and LNR grow always picking the right solution to meet the business needs. A great working attitude was Armando's greatest asset, it allowed us to completed the biggest tasks in stride.
