Pedro stood out amongst the colleagues at the AA School of Architecture not only as a resourceful, pro-active representative of the Master in Sustainable Environmental Design, but most importantly as a talented, determined designer with a mindset focused on progressive thinking and innovation. His Dissertation studies on urban refurbishment brought forward new insights on environmental assessment methods and generative processes which I found truly inspirational. While having the chance of working with Pedro in the same team, I was impressed with his constant perseverance, design enthusiasm and critical thinking which made that experience an important resource of my professional development. He brought fundamental inputs to the team work, while also expanding ideas introduced by others, making him a prominent team player.

I was a Pedro´s classmate in Architectural Association of London in 2011-2012. Pedro was a leader and a reference along the whole master in sustainable environmental design. His experience in sustainability and his design skills become him in one of the best student in the AA. He developed excellent projects during the master, being selected for the AA exhibition in the 2012. As a person, he has an innate leadership and excellent relationships with people.
