Dr. Backhaus was my professor in three courses in the Management Program at the SUNY New Paltz School of Business. I returned to college after working for nearly 15 years in the business world & the U.S. Navy. I can say, without hesitation, that I learned a tremendous amount from Dr. Backhaus that I use in my current profession. I consider myself a much better Manager and Naval Officer having been a student in her courses. Her courses were very thought provoking & demanded that students think outside of the book; applicable learning! For any organization considering Dr. Backhaus as a consultant or a student considering her for instruction, I could not give a higher recommendation.
