Sunil Bhogayta recommendation I recently managed a project for GEICO ITSM to implement a fresh installation of Remedy 8.1 and MyIT. Because we were starting over from scratch, we had to rebuild 250 Kinetic service requests in SRM/MyIT. Due to the ambitious timeline and learning curve, we contracted with BMC professional services to analyze, build and test these service requests, many of which were extremely complex with dynamic routing and extensive branching logic on the request form. Sunil Bhogayta was really our rock on the service request side of this project. He was calm, cool and collected and highly skilled. He put in the long hours required to meet our can’t miss cutover date and did anything and everything during crunch time, including troubleshooting critical issues outside the area he’d been contracted for. Sunil flew out from India to work onsite with us during that final push and he is one of the major reasons this project was successfully delivered on time.
