Kara falls into the group of people that I have worked with that is very smart, understanding, takes risks, and provides support. She is a leader who works really hard to understand the client, the problem and how to create a solution for all parties. She is forward thinking. She provides mentorship to her team and is a great assets. I hope to work with Kara in the future.

Kara brings an exceptional skill set to the organization. Certainly her history within the industry is valuable, but her ability to monitor the results on a daily basis, understand the different state and accreditor requirements, and manage staffing across more than 30 schools was remarkable. As a teammate, I could rely on her to respond promptly when I needed information. She was thorough in providing data, as well as context. She typically followed up to confirm we had responded to the media requests completely. My knowledge always grew as a result of her contribution and explanation.
