My experience in the fellowship is as followsa) Worked on Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana in preparing village development plan and implementing it in tribal predominant panchayat having 7 populated habitations. b) Worked on skill development where the focus was on training and placing youth. Placement was secured for about 250 rural youth.c) Worked on preparation of district irrigation plan, converging efforts of different departments like Agriculture, Irrigation, Dairy, MNREGA etc. It was first plan in the country to have been approved by the ministry.d) Miscellaneous work includes work on malnutrition, inspection of student hostels, motivational talks to students, generating awareness regarding rights, work on PESA etc..
