I had the pleasure of working with Alexander during our time in Monjasa, in the Senior Management group. I have come to know him as an outstanding manager, leader and human being. Alexander provided excellent support in his role as Group Head of Human Resources and with his experience and personal drive, he was an instrumental and key player in the Management team. During our cooperation, I personally witnessed him as direct and sharp, with very clear communication skills, supported by an outgoing and open personality, which makes him create strong personal relations. Alexander easily wins the trust and commitment of his staff and is able to engage at a variety of levels in order to further the development of his employees getting the best possible results in the assigned tasks. He is by nature engaging and inspiring in a team - able to coach as well as provide direction when needed. His capabilities within the HR area are very high, based on talent, skills and knowledge. He is always straight forward and sees things in perspective, challenging the ordinary and understanding how to combine good HR-practice with what serves the business Alexander is one of the greatest leaders I have worked with, and I would guarantee for him both professionally and personally.

I had the pleasure of working with Alexander at Monjasa A/S. I have reported to Alexander during the build-up of marketing and communication. He managed to build a great team with focus on growing people and business using his natural leader skills. He has a sharp analytic mind and very dedicated in his work. Alexander is a fantastic person to work for and with -- he's a fun guy and a strong leader. I'd absolutely welcome the opportunity to work with Alexander again.
