The… Show more The IBM Social Business Ambassadors is a select group of student employees in IBM, chosen specifically for their interest in social media, with the aim of increasing IBM's use of collaboration tools for internal communication and knowledge sharing. During the one year program, the group will go through a series of workshops put in place to teach the members of the program how to leverage own competences and create value for the organization and themselves through social media. The members are expected to blog regularly to achieve blogging experience as well as to act as ambassadors for the implementation of social collaboration tools in IBM. Also, the group give each other feedback on writing, and extend and develop their network throughout the program.
