It is with great honor that I recommend my good coworker and friend Tyler. Tyler is one of those amazing individuals who goes out of his way to be a team player. He is a people person which is rare for a developer. He cares about his coworkers and the users for whom he programs for. It is because of his love of others that drives him to build the best product possible. Whatever he puts his mind to he puts his whole heart into it. He never settles for quick hacks or easy fixes instead he takes great pride in solving complex problems the right way. You can tell that this guy loves what he does. He loves it so much that he is always looking at how to improve and become better. I have never met a developer who is so talented and works well with others like Tyler. If given the chance I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to work with Tyler on two occasions, first at Agilix and then at StreamPage. Tyler is one of the best guys I know, both on and off the field. He’s a true coder by heart. While working alongside Tyler, I really appreciated his level of knowledge, passion for coding, and dedication to our team’s success. One of the most impressive skills in Tyler’s repertoire is his ability to acquire whatever knowledge or experience he needs to on his own. He is incredibly adept at self-learning programming concepts, and demonstrates a strong ability to build on his knowledge from one project to another. Tyler also has a knack for collaboration; many developers I work with have never experienced modern web tools for working in teams (such as code versioning, issue tracking, etc.), but Tyler plays these to his strengths. He gets along well with coworkers, can both assign tasks and take assignments, and is comfortable presenting in front of a crowd, an important skill for a developer who often has multiple audiences he might need to communicate with. He’s fun to be around and brings a lot of excitement that everyone can grasp onto. I don’t have any hesitation in recommending you hire him as a web developer, and feel he will be quite successful in all projects you involve him in.
