David was one of the best hires I have made in my career. He was very adept at learning new equipment both lithographic and metrological. The best word to describe David is "intuitive". Once he completed a task, he immediately began the next phase of a given project. Dave required veritually no supervision. He was definitely a self-motivated individual. I just wish I could hire him again.
