I have not met many people where the phrase "Your reputation precedes you" applies, but Billy is one. When our team had an opening, hiring sources/references and mutual acquaintances went out of their way to sing his praises. I am happy to say that Billy was everything he was described to be and more. It's customary that new employees would display exemplary behavior for the first couple months of employment, but Billy has continually been exemplary, through and through. His work-ethic, enthusiasm and determination has not waned since the day he started. On a personal note, I found that Billy's background in psychology to be extremely insightful and entertaining.
