We keep the servicing on nearly every loan product we offer. Our goals are to lend to our community and provide the best returns for our members. We can finance up to 100% with many options that allow flexibility with payment and mortgage insurance if needed. We have wonderful financing options for 2nd homes and investment properties as well. I have originated nearly 3000 loans so far in my tenure with First Tech Federal Credit Union, and each and every loan is unique. I work through each and every loan from application to funding with a “hands on” approach. Documentation is the key to getting a loan through quickly and smoothly.
