I have worked with Klaus for more than four years, and it has always been a great pleasure having him on the team. He is an extremely dedicated and hardworking professional which always strives for delivering quality and value to the work done. During this time I worked with him in two different companies, and most recently as him being my direct manager. He is highly knowledgeable about software engineering best practices and possesses a deep knowledge of development methodologies, software testing and quality assurance, which makes a beacon of knowledge for everyone around him. As a manager Klaus' organizational skills really shine, he is able to clearly articulate his ideas and plans for the team and his ability to breakdown complex tasks and projects into smaller actionable steps makes it a true pleasure working alongside him. Overall Klaus is an exceptional Software engineer, an even better manager and a true friend. I look forward to working with him again someday
