I've worked with Carl as a volunteer at DigitalHumani since the early days and I can genuinely say it's never short of a complete pleasure. Despite the fact we live in different parts of the world, Carl is always able to explain himself well enough for others to understand and to get onboard. He's never afraid to make himself heard or defend his thinking, yet he's also always open to suggestions and comments and takes them onboard too. Carl has great technical versatility and the ability to connect business with technology when it's right and makes sense. He's always willing to expand his horizons and a good sounding board for thoughts and ideas. As I already mentioned, a pleasure to work with.

I worked with Carl at Honorlock for over 3 years, and he was by far one of the best employees I have ever worked with. When I first joined Honorlock we were a very small company and Carl was one of only 2 engineers. He was pulled in a million directions every day and never got frustrated with anyone. He always stays calm and gets along with everyone. He is also an incredible and meticulous engineer and he is great with customers. Carl took on multiple large engineering projects on his own and exceeded everyone's expectations. Any company would be extremely lucky to have Carl on their team.
