Drive prioritization of work with Product and Engineering leads and resolve conflicts. Responsible for re-engineering of development processes directly impacting the OKR (Objective and Key Results) goals of the business unit. Engineering point of contact for all Internal/External Audits. Ownership of all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) tied to the Engineering and Product departments. Streamlined the release process and published the release calendar at beginning of the year providing visibility to internal stakeholders and customers thus eliminating surprises and frustrations for all the parties. Defined and implemented a new SDLC with necessary checks, sign-offs and handoffs at each stage of the process resulting in Zero slippage on customer commitments. Defined metrics like pre & post - defect density, estimation variance to evaluate the success of process changes and their impact to the quality of product releases. Defect density reduced in range of 20%-30% and estimation variance reduced by over 30% consistently from one major release to other.
