Tabetha is a creative, strategic, and visionary leader. She has a strong eye for the needs for the company and is not afraid to push people out of their comfort zones for the greater good. You may assume, then, that she's hard driving, focused more on results than people, with a serious minded approach. You couldn't be further from the truth. While she is driven and result focused, it's always with people in mind. She loves people, and gets her energy from them! As a leader, she is quick to share successes, and makes her team members a priority, knowing that when they succeed, she succeeds. She engages in their goals, and looks for ways that they can accomplish what's important to them. She will advocate for them, and push hard for each and every one. She has an amazing creative eye, and it's her signature in all of her work. She and I worked so well together, arm in arm in some major initiatives, but also in some fun projects (our "famous" podcasts still get comments). I am blessed to not only know her as a creative, strategic leader, but also now as a friend. Forever changed by our working relationship, we can now look back and smile on our accomplishments together.
