Paul NELTNER has done an internship session in 2013 in the Customer Marketing & Digital department at LACOSTE HQ. He was in charge of reviewing the different E-commerce websites of Lacoste in Europe (mainly UK, Germany and France) in order to suggest potential improvement (browsing, user experience, purchase process, bugs identification, product detail page, social links, content accuracy…) In this assignment, he has shown great rigor, strong commitment, autonomy and initiative.
