I was fortunate enough to work with Dave on two occasions -- first at Private Business, Inc., and later at StrategyCorps. Both times he was among my favorite people in the sales organizations that counted him as a member. At Private Business, Inc., I would have described him as an introspective leader, a thoughtful sales person who developed trust in key relationships at banks (and was ultimately lured away to a very senior-level position at a bank as a result of this). More recently at StrategyCorps I was exposed to Dave's strategic thinking side. In his capacity at StrategyCorps, Dave plays a key role in bringing new banks into the consulting practice, and helping them establish and ultimately exceed their goals for revenue growth. Along the way, he's terrific at getting buy-in from all levels of the bank -- because he speaks both "banker" and "regular person" with ease, he creates raving fans among all the banks and bank employees he's worked with, who see him as a key ally in their fight to grow fee income and overall revenue. Dave is a rare talent that I hope to work with again, and an asset to both StrategyCorps and the bank clients fortunate enough to work with him.
