John is that rare breed of manager in that not only does he install confidence and faith in his staff, he also actively involves them in projects giving them a greater sense of job satisfaction. Although politically savvy, he never lets politics get in the way of doing the right thing for the project and or client. John is very approachable and great to work with and has gained respect from everyone he has worked with. I would not hesitate to recommend him or work with him in the future.

I worked very closely with John, as his systems team supported my operations team. He successfully guided a complete migration of our tax reporting environment from a mainframe record keeping system to a web-based one. He directed his team to quickly and efficiently address any issues that my team had and any obstacles that were presented to them along the way. Throughout this 2-3 year effort, John's sense of humor and ability to expertly communicate technical subject matter to a non-technical group were valuable assets and made what could have been a very difficult transition much less so.
