Ally was great. She’s very caring, warm and personable with the people we met. Overall I would say that she stays focused on her job and the tasks. She did what was asked; took notes, asked questions, took critical pictures recording the stories of our people, with enthusiasm and curiosity and abundant willingness to learn and get her hands dirty! I let her conduct parts of the interview and she was impressive. She flexed with the discussion guide. She was able to understand what I needed and the essence of the questions, but she adapted it to the tone of the conversation at the time and made it more ‘appropriate’. Good skill. She participated in an ideation session with the client and their creative agency and was forthright, insightful and strategic. I'd love to work with Ally again. Lovely
