I joined Daniel’s Content and Engagement team when it was already well-established and the first thing that struck me was how welcome he made me feel. I’ve had the pleasure of being Daniel’s HRBP for the last 6 months at EE and have found him to be a very dedicated people manager and leader. He led his entire Directorate through two major pieces of unsettling change – firstly a TUPE and shortly after a restructuring programme, and his team were always at the forefront of his mind.
