I joined Daniel’s Content and Engagement team when it was already well-established and the first thing that struck me was how welcome he made me feel. At the heart of Daniel’s relationship with his team was a feeling of trust, a belief in our abilities and a real sense that we were in it together. He played a pivotal role in shaping the Orange Digital strategy and in driving the success of our key partnerships. His warmth, humility and unwavering positivity helped him forge close bonds with people at all levels within the business. It was a pleasure working alongside Daniel and he will be greatly missed on both a professional and a personal level.

I’ve had the pleasure of being Daniel’s HRBP for the last 6 months at EE and have found him to be a very dedicated people manager and leader. He led his entire Directorate through two major pieces of unsettling change – firstly a TUPE and shortly after a restructuring programme, and his team were always at the forefront of his mind.
