I've had the privilege of working with Jessi for the past few years. We navigated a unique structure together where internal and external communications reported through different groups. The relationship and alignment we were able to create was in large part because of Jessi's collaborative nature -- and importantly, because of her focus on doing what's right for patients, for the people who work on our teams, and for each other. She's incredibly smart and picks up on things quickly. Jessi is also someone who is receptive to feedback, actively listens to others, and adapts to challenges along the way. She's a true super star!

When I was interviewing Jessi and called her former boss for a reference, the woman said, "If I had a headcount to fill we would not be having this conversation because I would have hired Jessi already." Well, she will now have competition, because I, too, would hire Jessi again in a heartbeat. She is smart and fast - she gets done in a day more than most people get done in a week. She has great breadth of pr knowledge - external, internal, media, social, etc. And everyone loves working with her - people often stopped by my office to sing her praises. I look forward to watching Jessi's trajectory - she will go far.
