Ashley Lynne Nicole
I first worked with Kim during our class Journalism Research. For our final project we were split into teams and had to choose a journalistic topic to cover in Ithaca. We decided to cover a local cafe that has ties to the religious group the Twelve Tribes. Kim did an excellent job writing a story focused on how the cafe affects the community, especially since they were in the process of expanding their business. Kim was diligent in spending time at the cafe to talk with customers and employees. I am currently working under Kim on ICTV's Newswatch. She is my producer and has been very encouraging when it comes to pursuing story ideas and giving helpful tips.
