Managed department employee files, PTO, Timecards, FMLA ⇨ Identified and created the Violence Assessment for two hospitals based on trends that had been identified at each location. ⇨ Worked with all internal departments I managed the scheduling for the Emergency Department. My role also included creating newsletters and materials to improve employee communication related to changes with policies and procedures. Monitored timecards, payroll, and vacation requests for department.
