Not only is Tine an absolute pleasure to work with, but her work is also a shining example of what it means to humanize the recruitment process. She sees a person's strengths and competencies beyond the hard skills indicated in a CV. She takes time to know a candidate's story, personal and professional values, and career objectives. Furthermore, in an industry where innovation is driven by transdisciplinary collaborations, Tine is quick to recognize transferrable skills and strengths in a candidate's blended background. Tine is a standout in her field, immediately, hooking you with empathy and sincerity. Altus is lucky to have Tine to not just grab people and get them in the door but also care to be a part of their onboarding once they're there, checking in, seeing how they're doing and settling. This caring for others that I would wager is just one of the things that help her excel at what she does. One of the other things that quickly impressed me with Tine was not shying away from tough topics. She won't gloss over things with easy or canned answers. She'll help you dig, or otherwise talk about the things that need to be discussed to get to the core of an issue. That's character!
