Department of Agriculture, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, State of Georgia, Fulton County, Metropolitan Area Rapids Transit Authority (MARTA), IBM, CSC, Manpower, Kawasaki, and Spelman College. Ms. Dover is known as a humanitarian. She was awarded with a Resolution by the Georgia State Senate that commends her business acumen and was presented the "Success Against the Odds" award from the Atlanta Business League. Georgia Dept. of Labor presented Ms. Dover, as Chair of the Atlanta Employer Committee, Project of the Year Award also featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s special edition of “CEO University,” highlighting leading CEOs from Georgia colleges and universities. On the Federal level, Ms. Dover was awarded the 2006 Regional Director’s Award by the Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency during Minority Enterprise Development Week (MED Week). Ms. Dover is active in the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Continental Societies, Inc., Spelman College Alumnae Association and Delta Sigma Theta, Inc.
