  Create user and product manuals, guides etc. Discuss and analyze the training requirements of the stake holders and audience type. Develop Design Document of training modules by the help of SME and get approval from the stake holders/ clients. Coordination with Stake Holders/ Clients, SME, Graphics, and other departments to develop the training manuals, user manuals, presentations, WBT, CBT, Simulators, ILT and readable material.
