Our business is extremely fast-paced; MENG Analysis does 60-70 projects per year. With the help of a very dedicated and supportive staff, I manage our behind the scenes operations (contracting, scheduling, staffing) and our facility condition assessment projects. Time management, prioritization, and organization are all integral to our success. I make sure our internal systems are effective and efficient and keep everyone on track and in the loop.
