Began working in the high-tech industry in 1992 with a systems integration company where I managed a service department that eventually grew to a staff of 150. During this time, I developed the ability to translate technical terms and concepts into business value terms. I transitioned into corporate communications in 1997, taking advantage of my degree in journalism from Northeastern University.
