  Silver Bay is a seasonal Conference and Retreat Center that employs many college-age employees during the summer season. Throughout the past nine years, I have served at Silver Bay in many roles:-Housekeeping (2009 - 2010)-Craft Shop Employee (2011- 2016)-Craft Shop Assistant Manager (2015)-Craft Shop Manager (2016)-Resident Assistant (2015 - 2017)-Early Crew (2014 - 2017)-Conference Set-Up (2017) Silver Bay is a seasonal Conference and Retreat Center that employs many college-age employees during the summer season.   During my time with Pagano Media as a Videographer and Editor, I assisted in the production of several projects for advertising or informational purposes. While at Pagano Media, I archived and organized storage of digital media, managed Pagano Media's YouTube page, assisted with many in-house and on-location interviews and video shoots, edited and collaborated with clients to finalize several projects, operated and managed a series of live streamed events, and became an FAA licensed commercial drone pilot.
