In my time at The Study, a bilingual environment, I successfully launched and completed its most ambitious comprehensive campaign, Dare to Dream, while reframing the role of Annual Giving into a participation-focused approach. Although my department was small, I embraced the challenge of leveraging available fundraising resources in a strategic manner that was result-driven.
