Develop curriculum and deliver training to Marines on CBRN Hazards, Unit and Individual Survival Measures, Decontamination procedures. As CBRN Defense Chief, ensured subordinate Marines were adequately trained and proficient in delivering training package. Working with Intelligence section, developed Theater Specific Threat Training for deploying units. In addition to Instructor duties, served as a member of a Hazardous Materials Response Team. As a member of Hazmat Team, performed duties including reconnaissance and marking of contaminated areas, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), hazard mitigation, sampling and identification of hazardous materials, and decontamination of contaminated personnel and equipment.
