Richard was responsible for SD configuration and GAP analysis on a major project we both worked on at Ciber. He was an excellent functional analyst to work with, his knowledge of SD and communication skills were outstanding. Richard was an excellent person to work along side, imparting his knowledge to aid in our technical developments and also taking advice to improve his problem solutions. Richard is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and willing to assist all in any way possible. I have no problem in recommending Richard for any project.
Patty Yenesel
Our implementation would not have been possible without the outstanding knowledge and guidance that you brought to the project. Your patience and calm demeanor made it easy for the users to express themselves, your understanding their concerns made for open communication which is critical for any implementation. Richard, without you none of this would have come to pass as well as it did. Not a week goes by where we don't say - "wish Richard was here"
