Bio
Ann Jacobson
Andrea was a wonderful addition to our Reference and Instruction team and to the library and campus community during her two-plus years with us. She has a special talent for seeing the big picture, understanding how the pieces fit together, and for connecting people to others with similar or complementary interests. She is creative, energetic, and passionate about libraries and her work. I know she will be a huge asset to any organization she is involved with.
Ramsey Meyer
Andrea entered an environment and community with a great deal of structure and protocol and managed to inject new life and fantastic creativity into all that she did. From suggesting new forms of media for the library to buy to advocating for novel ways to think about and approach the library to repurposing an unused room in the library as a "hacker space," Andrea's energy and intelligent spark was a much-welcomed light at the Naval Postgraduate School.
