Qualifications at Swedac - Lead assessor for ISO 17025, 15189, 17065 and for Good Efficiency Practice, GEP - Technical assessor – chemical and microbiological analysis, trichinella analysis, sensorial analysis of drinking water - Technical assessor – organic food certification scheme - Technical officer – responsible for administration of accreditation project, including preparation of accreditation decisions and responsible for other types of projects (complaints, investigations of new internal and external regulatory documents, development and improvement of IT-systems) Tasks: My main task at Swedac was performing quality assessments as leader for assessment teams. I managed a wide range of organizations – public/administrative authorities, medical organizations as hospitals, food and agricultural companies (inclusive organization performing field trials), industrial organizations, drinking water producers, certification bodies, environmental/recycling companies etc. I acted as team leader for groups of experts within different fields of activities and I sometimes led quite large teams (up to 15 experts). The good results I achieved during the years have been confirmed by our customers as well as by technical experts I co-operate with. I also contributed to quality improvement within the Swedac and I participated in different internal projects (competence, training and IT-system). I was the lead assessor in charge for improvement and development of two IT-systems used by Swedac’s internal and external assessors as well as by accredited organizations. The system administration model (systemförvaltningsmodel) is familiar for me. I combined my pedagogical previous knowledge and experience as teacher with my practical experience as assessor and technical assessor and I acted as lecturer for internal and external courses. I was responsible and lecturer for Assessors Training Program at Swedac. Show less
