My current project is to expand the space of TRPS (Topological Relationship Picture Series) through matrix transformations. Currently the set of TRPS is 70 scenes; by reducing each scene into a vector of 59 topological features (which together define a specific scene) and find statistical mutual exclusions and entailments. Applying different functions, along with Apache Spark, to this large set of data in parallel allows us to view the differences between individual languages. Made improvements and small adjustments to internal tool, Qtools, for translating data from ddPCR machines into readable biological data. Designed and formed the basis of the next iteration of Qtools to allow for a more flexible data from ddPCR machines, as a web application built on a mongo database with django. (Previously built with Pylons/Pyramid framework) Made improvements and small adjustments to internal tool, Qtools, for translating data from ddPCR machines into readable biological data.
