Master Sergeant (MSG) Shipp is one of the most professional and knowledgeable Soldiers I've ever had the pleasure to work with in my 12 years in the Army. His expertise on the Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) made him the best qualified Soldier as the Senior Program and Training Manager in the New Equipment Training Company (NETC). Brian's level headed approach to challenges allowed him to negotiate with both high ranking officials in the Army and civilian/Soldier technicians on the ground. He would make a great asset to any organization. I would proudly work with him again.

Brian came into our organization at a time of dramatic change occurring in our courses. He was able to expertly grasp the complexity of the ongoing changes and tackle the challenges head on. He expertly lead his subordinates while maintaining the high level of standard expected of his course. Also, Brian received high praise for his instruction, leadership, professionalism, and dedication. He is an outstanding asset to any organization and wish I could work with him again.
