As an integral part of the Quest CE Sales Team, the Manager of Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to direct the daily activities of the Account Executive team to ensure a smooth client transition after the initial product sale is complete. In addition, the Manager of Account Executives is responsible for retaining and growing the client relationship via additional product sales and by providing an industry leading customer service experience. Management responsibilities include assisting with the hiring, retaining mentoring and motivating of the organization’s Account Executive Team, as well as offering valuable insight on Renaissance LMS.General Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure the Account Executive Team maintains the Quest CE Service Standards as they relate to the position requirements- Provide training/coaching/formal performance reviews to the Account Executive Team per the Quest CE standards- Assist with and oversee the on-boarding of all new Firm Element clients- Primary contact for Firm Element clients on questions regarding their program administration through our proprietary LMS, Renaissance. - Conduct on-site visits to client and/or prospect offices, if requested – some travel will be required- Monitor the Netsuite database containing the contract renewal information for all FE clients to ensure accuracy of data- Work closely with the Content Development Team to accommodate special requests from clients- Interact with department management and other staff on matters affecting client/student data and make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.-NAIC Account Executive; responsible for successful launch of client programs and maintenance as product updates emerge-Continual maintenance and tracking of state annuity courses according to the NAIC model regulation-Product Demonstrations Show less

In addition, the Account Executive is responsible for retaining and growing the client relationship via additional product sales and by providing an industry leading customer service experience.General Duties and Responsibilities:-On-board all new Firm Element clients-Primary contact for most of the Firm Element clients on questions regarding their program administration through our proprietary LMS, Renaissance. -Check in with Firm Element client administrator during program: start, end and two times in between via conversation/emails, using pre-existing set of questions. Contact is documented via NetSuite. -Coordinate and perform clients’ student loads via Quest’s proprietary LMS - Renaissance-Send initial (program launch) and follow-up emails to Firm Element students -Maintain the database containing the contract renewal information for all FE clients-Responsible for contacting all FE clients to renew contracts, offer a new contract or a continuance of existing contract. -Work with Content Development Team to blend ACM modules together to create one presentation for client students, as needed-Perform program testing of each application prior to a client launch-Interact with department management and other staff on matters affecting client/student data and make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.-Self-manage work flows to meet and exceed Quest’s service standards and department goals, with an attention to detail is a must. -NAIC Account Executive; responsible for successful launch of client programs and maintenance as product updates emerge-Continual maintenance and tracking of state annuity courses according to the NAIC model regulation-Product Demonstrations Show less

Report directly to the Managing Director of Sales, Marketing and Administrative Services and is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the team responsible for managing the relationship with Quest’s TPA clients. This position will work closely with the Sales Team as a technical resource and assist with product demos for prospects interested in our Firm Element product line, providing written feedback to the Sales Team.
