Mackenzie is both a great Account Executive and a great Team Leader. Quest CE is dedicated to providing the highest level of service in our industry and Mackenzie is on the front lines having a direct impact on this goal every day. A testament to the success of both Mackenzie and her team is Quest CE’s 97% client retention rate. Without professionals like Mackenzie, Quest CE would not be able to have such a stellar track record.

MacKenzie is extremely dedicated to her clients, her team, her co-workers and Quest CE. She works hard to ensure the success of our clients programs and takes a proactive approach to potential problems. While managing her team she is meticulous and goal oriented; attributing directly to the success of her department. I am very fortunate to have MacKenzie as part of my team and part of the leadership team at Quest CE.
