Although Mike and I did not work together daily, we worked together enough to know that he was great at his job. Anything that was requested for assistance with a client, whether it be advice handling the situation or taking on a problem itself, Mike was spot on and knowledgeable.

For close to 4 years I had the pleasure of working with Mike and reporting to him as my manager. A move across the country cut that time short but I'm 100% certain that if I were still in NYC we'd be working together. Because of Mike I was able to cultivate my skills at work and grow beyond my wildest dreams. The environment he cultivated for our team was one of hard work and dedication but also one of respect and transparency. This allowed not only myself but other members on the team to find a path at work that would result in success, across the board, for everyone involved. We were able to grow our analytical thinking and process alongside Mike but we also saw the proof of growth within our organization. Through Mike's hard work and leadership, the company arrived to double digit growth in client onboarding, retention, and revenue growth, Part of this was a result from Mike's engagement process he developed with the clients but also by establishing and meeting deadlines with the calmness to walk through delivery objectives both internally/externally. We were able to able to launch two of our main platforms because of Mike's Focus to the AGILE SDLC - our flagship SaaS along with our scalable eCommerce platform. Two products out of several projects totaling hundreds of sprints, epics, and planning out of incremental releases for our clients. Simply put, Mike is a champion for the business, it's people and it's goals. I look forward to one day working alongside Mike again. Any organization would be lucky to have him join their team.
