Sebastian was a special addition to the Tenzo US team because of his experience in restaurants and his degree. Understanding this opportunity and using his background coding in R, he detailed an experiment to increase product usage/revenue using R to discover social media insights. Outside of business hours, he wrote a complete business plan, detailed the experiment, developed an Alpha and Beta test, and included enterprise-level customers that had shown interest in the features. He presented the experiment to our global company, including the co-founders, and received great feedback. The team will be moving forward with the experiment, but sadly I will be leaving the company prior to seeing the results. Sebastian is ambitious, intelligent, impactful and wants to continue growing.
