James Monighan
Julian has been fantastic as a senior member of the Product Management team over the last few years. He has a wealth of experience from different sectors that he brings to bear in a practical way, has a clear sense of ownership for any given project or challenge, communicates effectively at all levels (both internally and externally), focuses on the business case and commercials for any given product/ solution, is prepared to challenge strategy and concepts in an appropriate manner, and can always be relied on to encourage a team towards delivery. At Telensa Julian has led several high profile projects including the development of several iterations of our smart cities capabilities and latterly our big data driven AI project in Cambridge. These have both been very high profile initiatives that Julian has been more than capable of managing. Personally I have really enjoyed working with him. I knew I could always rely on him to challenge my thoughts and ideas in an appropriate manner where necessary and that this would result in a more optimum solution, that he was always totally committed to the team and business, was a pleasure to work with, always positive and crucially could be relied on to follow through and deliver.
