Anand Kosal
Stephane was my direct supervisor for almost 5 years while we both were working for Chip Mong Group. To me, he is more than my boss, but a best friend. We shared the same vision, mission, view and direction towards the establishment of Internal Audit of Chip Mong Group from Scratch and the reform and transformation of Chip Mong Finance. The achievements I got with Chip Mong, one of my biggest in my whole career, were impossible without his support, his coaching and his encouragement. As an expat, he shows great sympathy and understanding towards local staffs and tried to get close to them to really understand and possibly solve the problem that might have happened or deeply rooted. His aims has always been far beyond the results that he need to show to his Boss and the shareholders. He focused on staff development and building their capacities hopefully achieving what his ambition towards modern finance.
