Zaira is a talented, accomplished eMarketing professional with a friendly and professional demeanor. She is patient and hardworking and dedicated to resolving any issue in order to deliver the project she's working on. She has a great talent and interest in online marketing whether through social media or web design. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zaira for any eCommerce management role.

Katharina Harres, Ph.D.

I had the pleasure to work with Zaira in the INTERREG IVB funded ECCE Innovation Project (Economic Clusters of Creative Industries) from 2010 - 2012, Zaira being project manager for Dublin's project activities. Zaira has a profound knowledge in creative industries support and project management. Her work has always been efficient, result-driven and team-oriented which made her a very reliable and pleasant colleague. I can highly recommend Zaira as project manager for international projects and wish her all the best!

The Studio was an innovation unit within DCC that tested new ways of working using customer focused methodologies. There, I coordinated a number of projects and managed our communications. I was part of Startup City’s organising team, a three day intensive workshop where public and private sector participants generated solutions to challenges facing Startups.I was also part of the co-ordination team of The Dublin Project, developed with DIT and Institute without Boundaries (Canada). Its goal was to create an innovative model for how the city can collaborate with citizens to deliver new services.I co-organised #MyDCCDay in February 2014. This project aimed at getting staff to tweet about their work in DCC order to increase engagement with the public and encourage the uptake of social media internally. I co- managed the annual Staff Ideas Scheme, which aimed to encourage staff innovation. Public or street engagement was a qualitative research technique used by The Studio to find out what the public thinks about specific issues e.g. ‘A Directly Elected Mayor of Dublin’. I designed questionnaires, carried out interviews, analysed the data collected and reported on results.
