The project delivered the business benefits, ahead of time and way under budget. Above 90% of the project stakeholders agreed or strongly agreed that this project was a good example for projects at IKEA. The project also contributed to strengthening the relations in the HR community across borders and to improve project management competence in the HR arena. The IKEA Job portal project is been delivering iteratively business value in short cycles within the IKEA Franchise system. I have been leading the work and reference groups, composed by generalists and specialists from different organisations from the entire IKEA value chain and franchise system (Core business franchise, Range, Supplying, Industry, INGKA group, IKANO, Al-Futtaim IKEA, Miklatorg and Al-Homaizi).
