He is calm, reflective, and extremely service minded. We do not work together since 2015 however our roads and assignment has crossed several times. Rumen is a professional and confident People and Culture Manager with the aim to let the individuals and teams grow. Rumen's leadership style is analytic, friendly, and warm. Leading and managing the projects to attract talent and enable competence flow at IKEA: new recruitment solution for Inter-IKEA group and a common job portal for the IKEA franchise system. Direct and indirect leadership. We successfully implemented the new recruitment platform in the newly established Inter IKEA group- 30+ countries, 80+ legal entities, diverse businesses ranging from franchise, range development, production and supplying to retail. The project delivered the business benefits, ahead of time and way under budget. Above 90% of the project stakeholders agreed or strongly agreed that this project was a good example for projects at IKEA. The project also contributed to strengthening the relations in the HR community across borders and to improve project management competence in the HR arena. The IKEA Job portal project is been delivering iteratively business value in short cycles within the IKEA Franchise system. I have been leading the work and reference groups, composed by generalists and specialists from different organisations from the entire IKEA value chain and franchise system (Core business franchise, Range, Supplying, Industry, INGKA group, IKANO, Al-Futtaim IKEA, Miklatorg and Al-Homaizi).
