Richard has done an outstanding job with an extensive remodeling job at our house. He came out to the house and assessed the situation, made his recommendations, drawn up the plans, and we have been thoroughly pleased with his work. When our builder needed to have some adjustments made to the drawings, to separate the construction into a three-phases of construction, Richard was right there to draw up new plans for each phase. He does excellent work and I know him to have high moral values and to be a man of integrity. His background allows him to be creative, thinking out-of-the-box for solutions to potential problems during the building process. I had never used an architect before, because I thought they were too expensive and only for the BIG jobs, but this relatively small big job will cost us much less because he was involved in the planning.
