Key responsibilities: • Setting KPIs, evaluating, and adjusting performance according to sales budgets. • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. • Lead a high-performing sales team with a strong self-leadership and accountability • Create a fun and high-performing atmosphere with a strong team spirit! My goal is for everyone in my team to have a warm and fuzzy feeling on Sunday nights before we hit a new work week!
