Julia has been a delight to work with, both as a coworker and an assistant. From the day she came on board as a keyholder, she's always advocated for better, more efficient processes and innovated in every role she's filled. Before Julia worked at Citizen Supply, I distinctly remember her coming into the store and inquiring about hiring opportunities. I knew with that first interaction that she would be a great fit at Citizen Supply. Our 2020 holiday pop-up included plants for sale, and Julia immediately jumped at the opportunity to monitor the health and visual standards of every single house plant that came through the door. She was committed to this role the entire time we carried plants in the store. Her dedication and perseverance, along with her innate visual abilities, made her an obvious choice when I took on a Visual Merchandising Assistant. In her merchandising role, Julia has only grown creatively. She completes all her projects to the highest standard and with a visual signature that is uniquely her. Her ability to adapt and work within a very tight budget while balancing the various needs of over 200 vendors is nothing short of remarkable and a trait that could benefit any organization.
