In 2000, Carolyn and ten extremely successful Realtors founded Strada Properties – a high-end, full-service brokerage that serviced Orange County’s luxury housing market and clientele. While the other partners were actively selling, Carolyn managed daily operations, recruiting and retention, and the development and launch of pioneering marketing programs. When Strada Properties began, the company’s pro forma forecasted the recruitment of 29 agents by the end of year three. Well exceeding expectations and with Carolyn's assistance, at the end of this three-year period, the team had grown to over 200 agents in two offices. The successful growth was attributed to Carolyn’s ability to clearly understand the needs of agents and the absolute dedication that the partners had to changing the status quo of how a real estate brokerage functioned and operated, resulting in a zero churn rate of agents over the three year period. In 2003,. Given Strada’s mass, successful growth and its creation of a never seen real estate brokerage model, the company became a target of a Coldwell Banker acquisition and was sold to the national company. Carolyn remained an employee of the company for two years and to-date remains on in a consultant role. Show less

While at Coast Newport Properties, Carolyn was the driving force in developing ground breaking marketing strategies and processes to assist agents in generating new business and marketing homes in innovative ways. One of her most noteworthy achievements in this role was the development and execution of the a marketing concierge program. This program was the first of its kind, and Carolyn was an instrumental force in deploying this full-service, in-house marketing division in the brokerage to service the needs of busy, top-producing agents. Leveraging this service, Carolyn played an integral role at the brokerage and assisted partners in recruiting and retaining top-producing agents, which led to Coast Newport Properties successful acquisition by Coldwell Banker in 2001.
