Anton is the most inspiring person I've met throughout my career - he is one of those people you work with and will never forget about. After having worked with him at Falcon.io, I basically followed his career to see what he's up to next and literally jumped at it, as soon as I got the possibility to work under his leadership again. Anton manages his employees like no other; He sees you, knows you, highlights your talents and puts a genuine interest in your work as well as in your next career step. He makes you feel like it's his personal responsibility for you to be successful at what you're doing best. He leaves a big legacy wherever he goes. His optimism and positive attitude towards challenges are contagious and the reason everyone who works for and with him are always willing to give their all. I've lost count of how many people I've witnessed him onboarding, coaching and inspiring - all of them became great leaders, colleagues, salespeople and better human beings.

Anton is without a doubt, the best manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! However, the word manager is not sufficient. He’s a leader who has a magical way of empowering his team, by knowing when to advise, and when to ask a thought provoking question, that makes the receiver find an idea/solution to something that they would never have done so themselves. His ability to make deep connections and motivate 75+ team members who report in to him is unbelievable and he’s loved and respected by everyone. Anton knows the SAAS business model from top to bottom and managed to transform Templafy’s inside sales department into a consistently high performing sales engine. He helped onboard, coach and mentor me, to create APAC’s Inside Sales team, who’ve overachieved target, every month since inception.
